 Application

When applied to flat glass processing, it can significantly improve the working environment and increase efficiency. Especially for difficult curved glass processing such as deep bending, irregular shapes, hot melting, and clear light, the effect is more significant. It can also be used for the molding of optical glass, as well as for the molding of casting and die-casting products that require high temperatures. Special for high-temperature lubrication and demolding.

 Usage

1. Clean the mold before spraying, and there should be no dust or oil stains mixed in

2. Shake the spray can up and down before spraying, shake evenly, and then press the top of the nozzle vertically

3. Spray coating at a distance of about 20-30cm from the mold

4. The spraying thickness is approximately 15-30 μ M

5. Dry at room temperature for about 3 minutes, and can be used after complete drying

 Precautions for use

If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse off with clean water. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse off with running water or physiological saline.

 Storage precautions

1. Contains organic solvents, and smoking is strictly prohibited during use. When handling, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the container. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.

2. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from ignition, at a room temperature below 50 ℃ in the warehouse. Do not invert, do not approach corrosive media such as acid and alkali, and do not expose to direct sunlight. The stacking layer should not exceed 8 boxes and should be above the ground and 10cm away from the wall.
