It is a flux for the manufacture of special glass, and can also be used as an additive for the production of emollients, fire-retardant coatings, conductive cement, etc., as an antifouling agent in the textile industry, as a catalyst for organic synthesis, and also used in the pharmaceutical industry and paper industry.



 Preparation ingredients

Trisodium Phosphate


Colorless needle-like hexagonal crystal system. Soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents, relative density 1.62 (20 ℃); melting point 73.3-76.7 ℃ (decomposition); weathering in dry air, at 100 ℃, it loses twelve crystal waters and becomes anhydrous (Na3PO4 ), the aqueous solution is alkaline and has a certain erosive effect on the skin.


Uses: 1. Used as analytical reagent and water softener, and also used for sugar purification.


2. It can be used as water softener and detergent, boiler anti-scaling agent, color-fixing agent in printing and dyeing, fabric mercerizing enhancer, metal corrosion inhibitor or rust inhibitor. The enamel industry is used as flux and decolorizer. It is used as a degreaser and degumming agent for hides and skins in the tanning industry.


3. As a quality improver, it can improve the complex metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food, thereby improving the adhesion and water holding capacity of food. my country stipulates that it can be used for cheese, the maximum usage is 5g/kg; the maximum usage in Western-style ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab is 3.0g/kg; the maximum usage in canned food, juice, beverages and dairy products is 0.5g /kg.


4. It can be used as water softener and detergent, boiler scale inhibitor, color fixing agent in printing and dyeing, fabric mercerizing enhancer, metal corrosion inhibitor and metal rust inhibitor, flux and decolorizer in enamel production, Hide degreaser and degumming agent in tanning, etc. Food grade sodium phosphate dodecahydrate is used as emulsifier, quality improver, nutritional supplement in food processing, and detergent for food bottles (cans).


Aluminum sulfate


White shiny crystals, granules or powder. Sweet, stable in the air. At 86.5 ℃, part of the crystal water is lost, and at 250 ℃, all the crystal water is lost. It expands violently and becomes a spongy substance when heated. When burned to red heat, it decomposes into sulfur trioxide and aluminum oxide, and when the relative humidity is about 25% lower, it is weathered, easily soluble in water, and almost insoluble in ethanol, and the solution is acidic. 1.62.


Aluminum sulfate is a widely used industrial reagent and is often confused with alum (i.e. potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate).


1. It is used as a paper sizing agent in the paper industry to enhance the water resistance and impermeability of paper;


2. After dissolving in water, it can make the fine particles and natural colloidal particles in the water agglomerate into large flocs, which can be removed from the water, so it is used as a coagulant for water supply and wastewater;


3. It is used as a purifying agent for turbid water, and also as a precipitating agent, color fixing agent, filler, etc. Used as an antiperspirant cosmetic raw material (astringent) in cosmetics;


4. In the fire protection industry, it is used as a foam fire extinguishing agent with baking soda and foaming agent;


5. Analytical reagents, mordant, leather-staining agent, oil decolorizing agent, wood preservative;


6. Stabilizers for albumin pasteurization (including liquid or frozen whole eggs, egg whites or egg yolks);


7. It can be used as raw material for the manufacture of artificial gemstones, high-grade ammonium alum, and other aluminates;


8. In the fuel industry, it is used as a precipitant in the production of chrome yellow and lake dyes, and at the same time as a fixing and filler.
