Usage Method
▶ Clean the surface of the material to be coated, removing dust and impurities from the surface.
▶ Dilute with purified water or deionized water. The recommended dilution ratio is coating : water = 1:1 or 1:2.
▶ Apply by spraying or brushing to ensure the coating adheres evenly to the material surface.
▶ For hard-to-reach localized areas, immerse the part to be coated into the diluted boron nitride coating. After removing, allow excess coating to flow out naturally, then dry before use.
▶ The coating should be even, without accumulation on the surface. Do not apply too thickly.
▶ After application, the coating can be dried naturally or in an oven at low temperature. Use only after the coating is completely dry.
▶ After use, the mold can be cleaned with a damp cloth or clean water to remove the coating.
▶ The application method is not fixed and can be adjusted through experimentation according to the products developed by your company.

Metal forging, glass processing, hot pressing forming, superplastic forming, non-ferrous metal processing, etc.
▶ Suitable for high-temperature protection, high-temperature lubrication, demolding and release under high temperature, oxidation resistance, and anti-welding coating for metal welding.
▶ It delivers excellent performance in demolding applications for aluminum forming and curved material forming.
▶ It can be used in the fields of melting and casting of aluminum, magnesium, zinc, titanium and other alloys, gravity/low-pressure casting, forging, roll extrusion stretching machines, aluminum extrusion molding dies, extrusion industry, powder metallurgy and more. It is widely coated on the surface of aluminum ladles, launders, distribution launders, casting table linings and other components to protect molds from corrosion and extend the service life of refractory materials.
▶ Applied as protective agent for vacuum coating machines, electrical insulating coating, high-temperature insulator, thermocouple protection, high-temperature roller protection, extrusion equipment protection and electrical insulation components.

Precautions for Use
If it contacts the skin, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, flush immediately with running water or normal saline.
Storage Precautions
▶ Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Keep away from fire sources and heat. Do not store together with oxidants, acids, alkalis and other substances.
▶ Freezing or precipitation does not affect the product performance; stir well before continued use.
▶ Avoid long-term storage in environments below 0℃ or above 50℃.

▶ Packed in 1kg drum for easy use. It avoids product hardening caused by prolonged exposure to air. Custom packaging specifications are also available according to customers' usage quantity.
